This balm includes all the cannabinoids the plant has to offer, including CBD, CBC, CBG, CBG-A, CBC-A, THC-A and CBN. Arnica is known for healing and pain relief. Emu oil helps the balm penetrate the skin and is an analgesic as well as an anti-inflammatory. Peppermint and camphor are used to achieve deep penetration and bring circulation to the area.
Directions: This balm is very concentrated and a little goes a long way. Apply to clean dry skin and spend a minute or two massaging it into the area. You will start to feel relief in 5 to 10 minutes. For extra relief, apply a hot or cold pack to the area after massaging in the balm. Applying right after a shower or bath can also improve the effectiveness. Most people say the pain is relieved for 4 to 5 hours. I use it before bed and am able to sleep without medications. This balm works on muscle, joint and nerve pain. The most popular areas to apply it are neck & shoulders, the spine, elbows, hands, wrists, knees and feet. It is used for chronic issues like arthritis but also helps inflammation and pain with bone or muscle injuries. It is also effective for post surgery, muscle cramps or soreness after exercise. It also can be used around the temple and forehead for headaches.
